Due to issues dealing with disclosure and some hidden code in the website’s theme, we have decided to redesign the site. This new theme is courtesy of WPDesigner.com, which discloses all advertising and non-standard code that is included within. The wizzen are happy with the results and hope to be able to keep this theme for quite a long time.
We would also like to encourage players to keep checking back, as we’re working on a couple of new features which players might have fun using.

As mentioned previously, all characters that previously existed on the game which were not put through character approval have been deleted. If you would like your character back, please contact the wizzen via the *help mailer and that can be arranged.
The start of term at Scattergood will be Saturday, March 8, 2008. Players with approved characters are encouraged to come and play on the Scattergood Castle grid which will officially open to players on this date. Note that this will be September 1, ICly.
Questions, comments and concerns may be sent to the *help mailer and the wizzen will reply as soon as possible.

It seems that we encountered a bug overnight that caused the MOO to shut down. The error has been identified and we are working this morning to fix it. We do not expect further downtime to occur as a result of this bug.
An additional note: players who have had characters at Scattergood in the past have until the end of February to get their characters through chargen. After this time, all characters who have not finished the process will be deleted. Please contact the wizzen on-game via the *help mailer if you have any questions or concerns.
* This does not apply to characters created since January 30.

After a mishap with the database for the website, we’re back up and running. One comment was lost as well as one user registration, but everything else is intact and some additional minor modifications have been made.
From now on, any logs submitted will be tagged with the characters who participated. This is in addition to being placed into the appropriate categories. This will make it easier for players to find the specific log which they’re looking to find. We hope to see more roleplay logs submitted soon!
In the future, we may enable the ability for players to submit their logs directly into a queue on the site. This is not in place yet, but we will make an announcement here as well as on the game if we do decide to go about enabling this.
In the meantime, feel free to submit logs to the *logs mailer on the MOO. Don’t hesitate to register for the blog! Please make sure that somewhere in your user profile, your character name appears so that we don’t delete your user for fear of spam.

The about and connect pages have been written, and relevant links have been added for player use.
On-game, the grid is built and described, the new tutorial is fully written and many help files have been created and edited. Built-in help files are still in the process of being edited, but by and large are in the chosen Scattergood template and ready for player use.
